The services provided by Bennu are (energetically) additional, this is not a substitute for medical treatment. You should always consult a (medical) expert in concerning your wellbeing and inform us if of any health issues. Bennu can refuse services if we believe you're well being is at risk. Bennu is never responsible for the decisions you make and changes in your wellbeing.


Payment of a session:

These sessions must be paid in cash on arrival or in advance by bank transfer, as agreed with Bennu. With a combination of different services, payment must be made as agreed.


Cancellation for a session:

Bennu does not charge any costs for cancellation when communicated before the session.

In the absence of cancellation 50% will be charged and must be paid within 14 days.


Registration for workshops:

By completing the order form, or when you register by email/phone/personally, you agree to participate and pay for the workshop.


Payment of the courses and workshops:

Paying can be made by bank transfer in advance, or cash on arrival . If for some reason you are unable to pay on time please let us know.


Cancellation for the workshops:

Please inform us if you are unable te participate in the workshop, we will refund you 100%.

The agreement between the customer and Bennu is concluded when the customer:

  • The delivery of the ordered products takes place subject to the presence of the correct products. If certain products are no longer available, the customer will be notified by Bennu.
  • Bennu tries to send the ordered products within a period of 3-7 working days, with a maximum of 30 working days, after payment is received, stating: customer description and order. If this period is longer, you will be notified immediately by e-mail. In that e-mail you will find information about the reason and the expected length of the delay. If Bennu fails to notify you after 30 working days, you have the option to terminate the agreement free of charge. In that case, any payments made will be refunded to you as soon as possible, but within a maximum of 30 days after notification.
  • The delivery of the ordered products takes place at the delivery address specified by the customer.


Payment / prices:

  • The stated prices of all offered products are in euros.
  • Full payment is made in advance, by direct transfer of the full invoice amount to giro account IBAN: NL39RABO0122131762, BIC: RABONL2U, i.n.o. Bennu stating customer description and order.
  • The prices stated include VAT and exclude possible shipping costs. Shipping costs are stated during the ordering process. If the prices for products rise between acceptance and delivery, the price of the moment of acceptance applies.
  • When there are additional costs for shipment abroad and VAT we will contact you by email to reach an agreement. 


Return policy:

  • You can return the product within 7 working days upon receipt, provided that it is sufficiently stamped and in original or comparable packaging.
  • Returns must always be reported by email first and confirmed by Bennu.
  • When goods are in their original condition and have been returned together with the original invoice, the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs and any insurance costs, will be credited within 30 days.
  • Shipping costs will not be charged in the event of an error on our part.
  • Unstamped returns are always refused.
